The cursed poets span the entire history of mankind. Always indicated by finger, they are thus named for leading a provocative, dangerous, antisocial and self-destructive lifestyle, consuming alcohol and drugs.

The romantic notion of the poet's curse appears as early as 1832 when Alfred De Vigny wrote:
"From the day he was able to read he was a Poet, and since then he belonged to the race always cursed by the powers of the earth ...".

Curious about every human sentiment and emotion, they write texts that are difficult to read, rebellious against the hypocritical and respectable society.

Here we want to bring back to the altar of the Greek gods, invoking Calliope, Euterpe and Erato, the lyrics and epistles of Baudelaire, Verlaine, Rimbaud, accompanying the poetic song with the "cursed music" of rock, arranged for  string quartet by Riccardo Marongiu.

All this to find together, in the auditorium of thirsty poets where water is never lacking, poetry and what, in the years of youth protest, was defined as the "music of the devil".
